BMC is able to manufacture very thin solder foil/wire/ribbon with uniform thickness or diameter. Min. thickness of all solder materials is around 0.015mm, acquracy is 0,005mm. Min. Dia of wire is around 0.2mm. Min. width of Ribbon is around 0.5mm. Longth can be decided by customer needs.
